"For a small charity providing Almshouses for Older People such as ourselves, the need for authoritative and comprehensive source of expert Quantity Surveying advice was key to the success of our award winning Lancaster House development of a major new Community and Administration Hub, 8 apartments and 6 cottages.

ADM provided this support to our Contractors, Consultants, Trustees and Staff with the assurance that the project would be delivered both within budget and on time. The expert advice throughout the project from the tender exercise, onsite contract meetings to the post handover arrangements the ADM staff have supported the charity in managing the successful delivery of our development as a major partner of the overall delivery team.

The Quantity Surveying team have provided services for the delivery of a number of other construction projects with the Charity in recent years and been key to the Trustee and staff understanding of the financial management of these projects at times of economic uncertainty and pressure on budgets. They have always been willing to attend meetings with our Board to answer questions, explain the technicalities of Construction Management and Contracts and sourced options and alternative solutions for the problems that can occur in complex projects.
