ADM Provides Quantity Surveying Services for Luxury Care Village Project in Scunthorpe
Working on behalf of long-term client Prime Life Ltd, ADM was commissioned to act as Quantity Surveyor on the development of Phoenix Park Care Village in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire.
ADM Surveyors were introduced to me by a colleague when I moved to Rutland and set about building a family house to meet the super insulated and air-tight Passivhaus energy standard. ADM provided cost control services during the design stages and acted as the contract administrator during construction. They recommended contractors for the project and dealt with variations along the way, resolving the inevitable differences between client and contractor calmly and efficiently. ADM Surveyors are a professional and trustworthy firm and friendly with it! The house went on to win the ProCon Sustainability Award 2015 a fitting tribute to the efforts of the project team
