- RICS - Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) – We will support your Chartered Membership (MRICS) which ensures that candidates are competent and meet the high standards of professionalism required to become a chartered surveyor.
- MCIAT for Architectural Technologists – We offer support in qualification and membership of CIAT. This is a recognition of your skills, competence and professionalism in the provision of design, project coordination and management and delivery of project.
- RIBA Chartered Membership (Part 2 & 3) – We offer CPD through the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). This demonstrates commitment to the highest professional and ethical standards and as the recognised body of global professional members, drives excellence in architecture.

Working with ADM has inspired me to pursue my career as a Chartered Architectural Technologist. ADM have been supportive throughout the final years of my HND course, where I have achieved the highest grade. Over the last two years, I have worked on a variety of projects, giving me a broad understanding of the design and construction process. As part of my development at ADM, I am given the opportunity to undertake regular CPD sessions to further develop my knowledge in the construction industry. Overall ADM is a great place to work and I’m looking forward to developing my career to achieve my CIAT Chartership.

As a Leicestershire based company with our head quarters in Blaby, our roots are embedded firmly in the local community.
Through supporting local sports clubs, undertaking company challenges for good causes close to our hearts and championing our chosen charity – Help for Heroes - we are passionate about our communities and being a socially responsible organisation.
We work closely with our chosen charity Help for Heroes, whose mission is to provide recovery and support for the Armed Forces community whose lives are affected by their service, and have, through sponsored events, corporate challenges and our annual golf day, in support of Help for Heroes, we raise many hundreds of pounds for this great cause.
