ADM Appointed for Renovation of Grade II Listed Home in Leicestershire

Working on behalf of clients, Mr & Mrs Everard, ADM has been commissioned to oversee the sympathetic renovation of their impressive Georgian home in Laughton, following planning approval by Harborough District Council (HDC).

ADM has been commissioned to carry out a range of services including Quantity Surveying, Architectural and Project Co-ordination, which also includes working closely with the Conservation Officers at HDC, Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and contractor Geeson Building & Joinery, who are specialists in listed project renovation.
