ADM engaged by Moguntia Food Ingredients UK Limited
11th April 2022Extension and alterations to existing warehouse and food production factory in Tyne & Wear.
The proposed double span portal frame extension to the existing industrial warehouse, associated drainage, external works and service connections have commenced. Design work on the project was undertaken by Richard Norwood of Leaf Architecture & Design Limited, Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
ADM's pre-contract services were instructed to conduct a two stage tender. The successful contractor, Brims Construction Limited of Sunderland have commenced work, with completion expected by mid year.
Our post-contract quantity surveying works comprise attending informal and formal site meetings, issuing instructions, the preparation of certificates for payment on a monthly basis, pricing & agreeing variations, preparation of financial statements, and agreement of the final account with the main contractor.
