Planning permission granted for new petrol filling station in Talbot Green

Over the last two years, ADM Surveyors have worked diligently to design and obtain planning approval for our long-standing Client, A.F. Blakemore and Son Ltd.

This project promises to significantly enhance the appearance of the existing industrial site while bringing valuable benefits to the local community. The approved petrol filling site will create new employment opportunities, contributing to economic growth in Talbot Green and provide essential services to residents and businesses in the surrounding area, ensuring convenience and accessibility.

Throughout the design process, various factors were considered, including ecological impacts, noise levels, transport logistics, ground conditions, and arboriculture. By addressing these elements, ADM Surveyors produced a scheme that prioritises sustainability, environmental responsibility, and community well-being.
