Sam Kenyon Goes from Trainee to Director In Seven Years
11th December 2020After just seven years with ADM Surveyors, we are delighted to announce that Sam Kenyon has recently become a shareholder and director of the company.

Sam joined ADM in 2013 whilst studying Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at Coventry University. He initially spent his spare time and holidays shadowing the ADM team, gaining valuable commercial experience that bolstered his academic studies and resulted in a first class honours degree.
Following his graduation, Sam joined the company as Graduate Quantity Surveyor and has never looked back.
With specific responsibility to oversee ADM’s Quantity Surveying division, Sam, together with fellow director Steven Masic, will drive the business forward and build on the recent growth that the company has seen.
Commenting on his appointment, Sam said: “This is a fantastic opportunity, and I am delighted to join Steven and Tony as part of ADM’s senior management team.
“When I began working with ADM seven years ago, I produced drawings, processed planning applications and held the end of the tape measure for the surveyors on site. However, those tasks gave me an excellent foundation to build my Quantity Surveying career and now as director of ADM, I’m looking forward to ensuring the business that put its faith in me, goes from strength to strength”.
Steven Masic, Director, ADM said: “Sam’s appointment as director is a real bonus to the business and we whole heartedly welcome him as part of the management team.
“It’s been great to see Sam progress through the ranks and watch his career flourish over the years and we celebrate this fabulous milestone with him.
“We’re at an extremely exciting stage in the ongoing development of ADM and with Sam’s support, we will steer the business to even greater success.”
