We proudly announce that Sam Kenyon has been awarded the prestigious title of RICS Chartered Surveyor.

Sam's esteemed recognition by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) highlights his dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence in the field of surveying.

Sam joined ADM Surveyors in 2013 whilst studying Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at Coventry University which resulted in a first-class honours degree. Following his graduation, Sam joined ADM as Graduate Quantity Surveyor and after just seven years he became a shareholder and director of the company.

Sam has consistently demonstrated exceptional skills and a strong work ethic. Attaining the status of RICS Chartered Surveyor is a significant milestone that underscores his extensive knowledge and professional capability in delivering high-quality surveying services.

The RICS Chartered status is a globally recognised mark of professionalism and competence in the surveying industry. It signifies adherence to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct, as well as a commitment to continual learning and development. To achieve this designation, Sam underwent rigorous assessment, including professional experience, technical knowledge, and ethical considerations.

In Sam’s role as Senior Quantity Surveyor and Director, he has been instrumental in all ADM’s achievements. As an RICS Chartered Surveyor, he will continue to contribute to ADM's success.
