Works continue on new office development in South Leicestershire
2nd June 2021ADM's services employed for commercial re-development of land for Parkers of Leicester Limited
Our pre contract quantity surveying services for this new three storey, office building with associated external works in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, began in early 2020. Stepnell of Rugby were the successful tendering contractor and commenced work in December 2020.
ADM Surveyors services include attending monthly site meetings, preparation of interim valuations & certificates, pricing & agreeing variations, and issuing financial statements to our client.
Currently, the office buildings steel frame is completed, external steel framed walls completed and the internal partitions are well underway.
The project architects are Corporate Architecture Limited of Market Harborough.
