We were engaged by Sileby Parish Council in 2006 for their new build sports pavilion on their Memorial Park in Sileby. Partly funded by the Football Foundation, the pavilion was designed by ADM in conjunction with the Football Foundation’s requirements to provide facilities for sports and youth football in the area.
Planning permission for the pavilion was gained and our pre and post quantity surveying services included bills of quantities, tendering process, site meetings, valuations and agreement of the final account. Leicester based contractors, S&S Contracting Limited were appointed to undertake this prestigious build.
The pavilion is proudly home to the Sileby Juniors Football Club who are a FA Charter Standard Football Club.
