Local developers built this high quality housing development of eight terraced units in 2010. The site was previously a derelict piece of land in the sought after village of Blaby, close to all local amenities and on the doorstep of Bouskell Park. ADM provided architectural services to obtain both planning and building regulations approvals, along with working drawings for the developer.
