ADM provided contract administration and quantity surveying services for the extension and internal alterations to a detached property in Leamington Spa. The design for the project was handled by the local architecture firm, Unity Architects.
Our pre- and post-construction quantity surveying services included the preparation of a detailed schedule of works, management of the tender process, and site supervision. This involved regular monthly site meetings and valuations to ensure the project stayed on track.
The successful tendering contractor was Four Walls Building Company Ltd, based in Leamington Spa.
