Lying on the outskirts of Market Harborough, Leicestershire, a previous green field site, a new visually stunning two storey office building complete with innovative roof terrace was designed by Corporate Architecture of Market Harborough. Major development of the surrounding area has taken place through the years due to the location's superb access to amenities and good road infrastructure.
ADM were employed for Pre and Post Quantity Surveying services on this exciting new project, which included measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities, tender submission to invited contractors, valuations and agreement of the final account.
The contract was won by a Leicester based construction company, S&S Contracting Limited. Work on site commenced in early 2013 with a contract programme of 44 weeks. Possession of the building took place in early 2014. The completed building gives it's occupants a spacious, modern light filled environment due to the full elevational glazing incorporated into the design.
