Our Architectural in-put, quantity surveying and contract administration expertise were required for the store which incorporated a street food market comprising of amongst others, Katsu Charlie (Japanese), Naughty Nans (Indian) and Petrucc's Pizza with its own pizza oven. A florist and fishmonger can also be found along with the food staples and in-store bakery!
The interior design of the store was undertaken by Natasha Hawtrey-Woore of Social Fabric Design.
Contractors, C Wood & Son of Luton were extremely helpful and accommodating with their approach to the scheme and were a pleasure for us to deal with in our contract administration work.
Works commenced in August 2017, a Christmas deadline was successfully reached in time for the start of trading.
A previous "discount" shop in an ideal central location with good footfall was agreed by Eat 17 for their new store
