New life is breathed into the former children's play centre in Nuthall to provide a light and modern new convenience store incorporating both Subway and Greggs concessions. Works comprised the complete renovation of the former children's indoor play centre including internal alterations along with extensive external remodeling to the car park, footpaths and landscaped areas.
ADM provided Architectural services which included producing planning & building regulations drawings.
In addition to our Architectural service, ADM carried out our Quantity Surveying service on this project relating to the external works and Section 171 works required. This encompassed preparation of tender and contract documentation, valuations, variations and additional expense and post contract administration.
