The former redundant two storey Liberal Club situated on Lutterworth Road in the centre of Burbage, Leicestershire was acquired by Blakemore Property Limited for the refurbishment and conversion into a new Spar Convenience store.
Work comprised of alterations to the Liberal Club to provide the shell for the convenience store, along with drainage, and reinstatement of external works. ADM provided architectural, quantity surveying and project management services on this project. Completion of Bills of Quantities and tender procedure saw local contractors, S&S Contracting Limited commence the project in the autumn of 2009. The project was completed in early 2010.
