The scheme was put forward by the project architects, Corporate Architecture Limited of Market Harborough.
Collinwood Developments of Walton, Lutterworth, acquired the Old Mill House site on London Road Great Glen for the development of new housing. The site extends to approximately 1.65 Acres. Demolition of the Mill House and site clearance was required to provide six bespoke homes, each plot individually designed by Corporate Architecture Limited.
Our quantity surveying service included viability and budget estimating, breakdown of construction costs, bills of quantities, monthly visits for valuation of work for submission to the developer's bank, monthly valuations for ground works, brickwork, plastering and tiling sub-contractors, and specifications of the plots for marketing purposes.
The majority of the plots were sold "off plan" which demonstrates the appeal and exclusivity of this development.
