Funding for the new pavilion was assisted through the local authority, Oadby & Wigston Borough Council, and designed with community use in mind. The pavilion is a valuable asset for youth football but also the wider community for uses such as adult evening courses.
ADM designed the pavilion in conjunction with the Football Foundation’s requirements to provide facilities for youth football. Planning and building regulations approval were obtained and S&S Contracting Limited of Leicester were awarded the contract upon their successful tender submission. The project commenced in 2005 and was completed the following year.
Our architectural services were provided along with quantity surveying services which included the preparation of bills of quantities, tender documentation and invitation, site meetings, contract instructions, valuations and final account agreement with the main contractor.
