ADM's architectural services were employed by a locally based developer for the regeneration of land where once stood a vacant dwelling in a poor state of repair and its disused, derelict agricultural outbuildings. The plot sits in the highly sought after Leicestershire village of Littlethorpe.
ADM obtained Planning Approval for eight modern terraced properties with off street parking and associated external works for the client.
The build was undertaken by the Developer in 2007.
