This new facility close to the village of Shepshed in Leicestershire commenced in 2005 with phase 1 works consisting of a 82 bedroomed care home built by Thermabuild (prior to administration). Phase 2 work started in 2006 and consisted of a smaller 21 bedroomed care home with the build undertaken by Leicester Contractors, S&S Contracting Limited.
Our quantity surveying services included providing Bills of Quantities, monthly valuations of the work and final account agreement. Corporate Architecture of Market Harborough provided the architectural services. Photographs obtained by kind permission from Corporate Architecture.
