Work began in 2014 to convert and add a single storey extension to a disused single storey derelict farm outbuilding within farmhouse land to provide separate modern family accommodation. ADM completed planning drawings and gained planning approval for the scheme part of which included an ecological survey of the site to be undertaken. As well as providing planning drawings, gaining both planning and building regulations approval, our services included a full quantity surveying and project management service for the project which included completion of B.Q., tender process, monthly site meetings, valuations and contract instructions issued to the main contractor.
The tender was won by Leicestershire based PC Building Services Limited of Walton, Lutterworth, who commenced works during mid summer 2014 and completed the build early in 2015.
The client was provided with all aspects of our knowledge and advice to ensure their new home met with their expectations.
