Having successfully worked on many similar projects with client Blakemore Properties Ltd, ADM was commissioned to provide a full package of construction management services including architectural design, planning, building regulations package, tender process, contract administration along with pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services.
The client stated post contract that: “Having both architectural services and quantity surveying within one practice has significantly improved the speed of bringing this project to fruition and it was designed with cost and budget in mind.”
