Prime Life Limited acquired a fully working local authority owned residential care home, Holmes House in South Wigston, Leicester in 2009. This was added to their care home portfolio. Corporate Architecture of Market Harborough were engaged as architects and ADM provided their Quantity Surveying services for the conversion and extension of the building to form a larger 29 bed residential care home.
Our pre contract work included budget advice on the estimated construction cost of the proposed project, cost control and preparation of tender documents in the form of Bills of Quantities, tendering process and the preparation of contract documents.
Leicester based S&S Contracting Limited, were the main contractors for the project after their successful tender submission.
