Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Quantity Surveying Services for St Luke's Church Community Hub & Café, Thurnby, Leicestershire
ADM Surveyors were appointed by St Luke's Church to provide pre-contract quantity surveying services for the development of a new community hub and café, along with associated external works, in Thurnby, Leicestershire.
Our team conducted a competitive tender process for the project and prepared all necessary contract documents on behalf of the client.
Following the contract award, our post-contract services included attending monthly site meetings, preparing interim valuations and certificates, managing variations, and overseeing the final account agreement with the main contractor.
The architectural design services were provided by Archangel Architects of Cambridge, and the main contractor for the project was Brown & Shaw Ltd of Leicester.
