ADM Surveyors provided Quantity Surveying services for the renovation and conversion of Unit D1 into two separate industrial units at Welland Business Park.
Our pre-contract services included the preparation of tender documents, followed by a negotiated tender with the client’s contractor of choice. We also prepared a value-for-money statement and the necessary contract documents.
Post-contract services involved acting as the contract administrator and lead consultant. This included supervising the work, issuing instructions, and attending meetings with the main contractor. Our Quantity Surveying duties also included preparing monthly valuations, financial statements, and agreeing on the final account with the main contractor.
The architectural designs were provided by Leaf Architecture of Market Harborough, and the main contractor was Goscote Building Services.
