ADM Surveyors provided their services on the renovation of unit C4 at Welland Business Park.
Quantity Surveying pre-contract services incorporated the preparation of tender documents followed by a negotiated tender with the client’s contractor of choice. A value for money statement along with the preparation of contract documents was prepared.
Our post-contract work included acting as contract administrator and lead consultant. This comprised supervision of the work, issuing instructions and attending meetings with the main contractor. Quantity Surveying duties also included monthly valuations, financial statements, and agreement of the final account with the main contractor.
Architectural designs for the project were completed by Leaf Architecture of Market Harborough.
