ADM were appointed by a Leicestershire based development company to provide sympathetic designs for the regeneration of a vacant site following the demolition of former industrial units which covered a large proportion of the site.
Prior to the completion of the project, the site was unsightly for the surrounding residential residents. Much needed starter homes were desperately required in the locality, and the full potential of the site had to be taken into consideration to provide as many two bedroom townhouses as possible.
ADM successfully gained planning and building regulations approvals for the scheme of 10, two-bedroom dwellings with associated parking provisions.
