Following instructions from the Trustees of Wyggeston Hospital, ADM was commissioned to act as Quantity Surveyor for the proposed garden redevelopment and link refurbishment works. All design works were carried out by Keary Design Associates and Corporate Architecture Limited, respectively.
Our pre contract services included cost control and preparation of tender documents, obtaining competitive tenders from a select contractor list, and preparation of contract documents.
Post contract services undertaken included attending monthly site visits to provide a valuation of the work executed. Measurement and agreement of variations along with the preparation and agreement of the final account with the main contractor.
All garden works were carried out by Glympton Construction Limited. The link refurbishment works were were carried out by S&S Contracting Limited.
ADM provides Quantity Surveying services for two projects carried out at Wyggeston Hospital, Westcotes Drive, Leicester.
