I have personally used ADM Surveyors for many years both in my role before retirement as the development Director of a major UK care home operator, where we successfully developed a number of care and nursing homes and care villages and more importantly did so within budget and on time, but also more recently employing ADM to assist in smaller scale projects here in the South West where I have semi-retired, but still enjoy building a few quality dwellings locally.

You will find the team at ADM young and enthusiastic however I know that in the background there is a wealth of experience who have seen it all before. I would say a great combination.

Prime Life have worked with the team at ADM Surveyors for over three decades. Historically, these services were around design for extensions or refurbishment works, as well as quantity surveying and budget estimates. In the 20 years we have undertaken some major new developments, and I cant overemphasise their aptitude for the task at hand and their ability to work with the whole team towards solutions around value engineering. I continue to enjoy working with them.

ADM have been involved in all of our major construction projects over the last ten years including new to industry petrol filling stations and some very complicated phased programmes to enable us to keep our stores trading during major construction works and are an integral part of our team.

ADM covered all aspects of our barn conversion. From design and planning through to completion of the build. They provide excellent advice and were on hand to liaise and manage the contractors throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending ADM and we were extremely happy with their work.
